A great space to visit with it's dominant Frederick Douglass sculpture as long as rush hour hasn't approached. If so, Getting there will require risk, skill, and sheer luck to avoid oncoming traffic.

Today is the first day that Frederick Douglass Circle in Harlem is available to the public. Yes, it is officially open after more than seven years in the making.Wow. It’s about time and long overdue. Read more
The completed plaza is a great spot to hide out from the wild taxi drivers tearing around the circle. Be careful out there.
