The phở here is not consistent.. If you've ever tried Highlands' pho in Danang then be prepared to be disappointed at IPH Highlands.. :(
Stuff here sucks a little more than the other Highlands. They're all bad anyway.

Vị trí khá đẹp, ngay cạnh đường Xuân Thủy, tuy nhiên diện tích có phần hơi bé.
