Super customer service and great selection of Men's and Women's clothing . Nice break from the stand-by Kohl's and Bergner's stores. Very relaxing live piano . Lots of seating for the non-shoppers.
Very much agree with the comment by another customer. Von Maur reminds me of the nice department stores back in Switzerland!
Like all department stores in this area, this one is pretty dead. It doesn’t have great selection, but the people are nice and helpful.
