I like the view it’s really beautiful ???????? and it’s a good hotel but to far till you arrive it .. but it worth it

The location of hotel is very good but the service is bad no one answer on the phone ever , for the food come late , not hot and small amount really the hotel is disappointed

For a 5-star hotel , this one missed out on the smaller details. For instance, no small towels and only 1 pillow per bed. The food in all of the restaurants are more “Santika” hotels quality.

As a five star hotel ?the food quality is 3 star at best. Pizza base from a packet the chicken wings the kitchen use is minced chicken . I would suggest eat elsewhere.

Location wasn't strategic at all. No heater on the pool. Less hot water to shower at night. No one answered the hotel phone. Overall poor service, yet the food is delicious.
