Awesome hotel ! especially for a third world country . Fabulous Customer service, Lovely staff . Use the airport shuttle from the airport , it avoids the fare debate with taxi drivers
Great service, they do go the extra mile for you. We arrived with our four month baby and they rolled in a nice crib with new mattress and sheets for her. Totally recommend their executive floor.
Absolutely no complaints. Recommend the food and especially the service in the lounge in the 8th Floor. Very kind staff .

Excelente atención, tres restaurantes donde elegir , servicio de taxi seguro, habitaciones muy cómodas y en caso de emergencia fue tan con la atención de doctores que están en el mismo hotel

The lobster is great it's one of the best here. You can try the stake too but get the premium cut it's a bit more expensive but it's the best way to go - Jeff Thomas
