A good place with a wide variety of products, but not too much though. The people and the service can be quite infuriating. But in general, a smashing place to shop.

Metro cash and carry is Vietnam 's Costco . Good values here, but you generally have to buy in bulk (like 3 boxes of tissues or a 5-pack of toothbrushes).

Don't bother getting ur veggies and fruits here. Triple the price. You will do much better at ur local wet market or fruit n veggie stalls on the way

Yes you can shop without a membership. But they add 10% to your purchases. such a rip off. The prices are generally not much cheaper than local stores. This isn't a COSTCO . Wines were cheaper.

Check prices and compare carefully. Because there may not be sold cheaper than the supermarkets and other retail outlets.

some of the carts are really bad which can be troublesome to push around; so remember to take a good cart beforehand
