The room is beautiful for a very decent price. The neighborhood looks sketchy but otherwise the complex itself looks very safe and beautiful. Close to food on airport boulevard and SFO.

We had a pleasant stay and a nice breakfast . Very nice bathroom ! Good choice for a brief stay on a budget.

This is the most value for money hotel in South San Francisco and the rooms are clean with bathrooms that were recently renovated. We had 2 queen beds in the rooms and great for family stay.

Low prices and excellent breakfast ! There is a little pool in the center of the building complex . Near to caltrain station, airport and food. Great internet access, it's really fast!

Not the best Comfort Inn in the area; recommend the one in San Bruno. However, this one has a pretty good shuttle. Also, they don't give cookies ; when my mom asked the guy basically laughed.

Nice rooms, needs a pool as well as the hot tub ; but very clean and comfortable rooms . Two thumbs up.

An entire side of this hotel lies on the other side of the road from industrial train tracks . You will be kept awake long and often by fantastically loud noises. Avoid - as if it were a swarm of bees.

Found bed bug on a pillow . Staff transferred us to a new room, but we checked out as soon as we could. Staff friendly & the place looked decent from outside, but I advise anyone DON'T CHECK IN HERE!

Wow this is a very nice hotel particularly for the price even the parking fee is reasonable

Average quality hotel , maybe not the fanciest but still great. Check the prices for the hotel on their personal hotel website. Sometimes much cheaper than Expedia prices.

Get a room overlooking the courtyard . If you are using the internet, bring a book to read while you are waiting. Speed is never more than 0.5 Mbps

The updated bathrooms are excellent. A bit of work on the bedrooms would make this a great value hotel .

The complex looks decent and not noisy as I thought. Staff are friendly and breakfast tasting ok.

I was on the third floor and the wifi did not reach my room AT ALL. I had to go to the lobby to use my iPad. The Internet works fine in the main building, so try to get a room close by.

The man working the lobby when we got in at 1:15 am was rude. We were tired and who wants to deal with that.....let alone when you're dead tired!

Yes, there is internet, just not High Speed internet!

Stay here more than once, but don't expect anybody to remember who you are.

el internet es muy lento... y los baños son muy raros de usar... pero el hotel es muy comodo
