Showers are available. The quantity of food offerings fluctuates throughout the day, ranging from “very limited” to “enough to fill you” depending on the time of the day.

Definitely this is like VIP room should be. You can have a productive meeting before your flight. The opportunity is the WiFi connectivity is not enough fast and the access points get congested.

It’s like going back in time. No allergy listings, no vegan food , no plant based milk . Lots of fresh fruit though which is nice.

Food selection is poor and always have to be served by staff for an unknown reason. Staff is cold and come across as unfriendly. Give you poor impression of what to expect from Avianca.

Buen lugar para esperar antes de iniciar el viaje. En la mañana suele haber mejores opciones de comida, sin embargo a toda hora tiene buena variedad. Es amplia y acogedora

Hermosa sala VIP que solo Avianca podía otorgarnos. Tiene salones para niños con frigobar incluido y duchas totalmente higiénicas para un baño matutino!

Señores Avianca soy fiel usuaria pero lo que vi hoy no me dio la mejor imagen. Entre las tazas del cafe estaba merodeando un animalito no muy apreciado por todos. Informe al personal de aseo

Buena selección de cosas para comer. Al fondo están los vinos y alcoholes (buscar porque no se ven bien)

El personal no le dio mayor importancia y continuaron con su emocionante conversacion. No pierdan el estatus de la sala por estas practicas. Soy fiel y feliz usuaria de Avianca por la calidad de serv

Un VIP plagado de gente, sin sillones ni comodidades , básicamente un bar de aeropuerto común y corriente con servicio de comida . Algo que perdió el significado de VIP. Si tienes oportunidad ve a otro
