Great park on the Cocheco River . Also good place to put kayaks in to paddle down the canal .
Worst fireworks display in history of mankind 4 yrs in a row of getting worse and tonight was the apex of failure. 8-10k residents crammed into park Not One Single Firework made it over the tree line .
