This is a must do in Boston! I have never seen anything like this before. Unfortunately, they do not allow cameras inside but you can buy a postcard in the gift shop for a keepsake.

The Mapparium is one of the coolest things I've seen in Boston. It is an inexpensive , 1/2 hour tour that you could definitely do as a study break or whenever you have some time to kill! Check it out!

Gilt City

The three-story-high spherical room is a vividly painted globe that gives visitors a unique, 3-D perspective of the world as mapped in 1935.

Stacy Bo Bacy

There is a required 5-minute tour every 20 minutes. You can go on it as many times in one day as you’d like.

The map is pretty cool, but the museum or whatever it is in is pretentiously new agey and self-important.
