If you are a hhonors gold member or above, you will be pampered by the hotel staff . Exceptionally friendly staff and great service. Though the hotel needs renovation as the rooms are old.

The food is great - really good chefs . Service is very good and friendly . Beds are adjustable and comfortable . Internet service and speed is terrible.

pleasant stay, room was clean , air conditioner is good. Have fitness center but no spa or pool. staff are supportive. Didnt like breakfast . selection not variable enough but it is deliciously cooked.

Nice decent hotel . there is a convenience store 3 minutes walk away. great food too. swimming pool is a little bit pathetic.

The drivers are reckless, almost had an accident caused by one of the black Chevrolet cars at the hotel driving recklessly.

This is definitely not a Hilton Hotel . I would say that this is a business hotel . Nothing special about the rooms. Some renovation might be required. Food quality is average.

They offer rich Iftar buffet and the price is quite reasonable.

The reception service is lovely (mostly for the egiptian guys). They televised the Barça football club .

Old Rooms, Bed is ok, the service and staff are poor.. The food is either ok or bad.. I think it is a matter of time until they shut it down.

Dinner buffet good value . Try the mint lemonade - very refreshing

Poor Ramadan iftar buffet . Avoid at all cost. Mixed kebabs are hard as rock. No refilling done for some dishes. Poor variety in menu.

High speed Internet is 0,5Mbit at best, 0,3Mbit during the day. The staff will not acknowledge it unless you insist and then they just tell you that the are changing providers.

The 10oz Rib Eye steak well-done is a super choice either @in-room or in the resturant.

Wardrobes very small, even in the larger rooms. I could barely fit two suits and 5 shirts in mine, and that was after taking out the ironing board.

موقعه في شارع العليا يخدمه كثيراً قريب من الشوارع الحيوية التحلية والتخصصي وخريص

الموقع ممتاز والخدمة راقية جدا، وموقف السيارات واسع ولكن المدخل الفندق عبر المواقف لا يليق بهليتون أبدا، إجمالا الأثاث بالي وقديم وبمقارنة بسيطة مع الفنادق المجاورة تجد انه لا يستحق إعادة التجربة.
