Cashiers need to be train to be courteous and to smile. Yes, it is busy during dinner time but please respect your customers. We are paying customers who pay for the service tax. We don't eat for free

A lot of staff standing behind the counter chatting, don't bother to open extra counters as the line is growing. Service is horrible.
