Very far from the Southwest Terminal C on foot for families. However the staff will give you a ride to the terminal when you turn your car back in, if you're traveling with young children
The other comments are right. Saturday @ 6pm. Line out the door. 2 employees. 1 wasn't even scheduled to work. I've been here 20 min already & not at the counter yet smh.

They made me wait 25 mins for my car even though i made a reservation 2 days ago :(. But tip: search wifi and find admirals club. You'll get free wifi while you wait
I'd rent a car here but it hurts. * I'll show myself out...
Check the car thoroughly. First time I rented, they give me a car that needs an oil change . Second time I rent, they give me a car that needs break fluid.
Return the car an hour before it's due! I got to my car, did the inspection in really bad lighting and got out of the airport at 930am. Returned it at 928am and got charged 80% of an additional day!
Gold pickup is slow due to their checkin process.
Can't say much for service. 1 clerk on duty at 6 pm. I wonder who is in the back with their feet on the desk
This location is terrible. From pick up to drop off I had the worst service. Avoid this location at all costs . Reservations mean nothing and they lack any kind of professionalism
Never rent from here on a Tuesday. They do not have enough cars for an inventory turn. 30 minute wait normal for Gold Membership. :(
Horrible service. Had a reservation , was told it would be right there, 45 minutes later was told another hour. Avoid at all costs .
DON'T EVER rent a car from Hertz at this location. Have been here over an hr. Worst most outdated system I've ever encountered renting a car. Reservation means nothing
