After waiting for two hours to schedule my tv delivery & install someone offered me a chair!

I hope they finish "scheduling" my delivery soon. Two hours and counting. It's 4 o'clock and I planned to go to a movie at 7.

It's taken an hour and an half so far to schedule a delivery. These guys do not have their act together.

I will never make another major electronics purchase at Best Buy. There are 50 people standing around and not one of them knows what they're doing.

After two hours+ they were still not able to set up my delivery so they told me I could leave and they would call me. Not quite sure what I waited two hours for...so over you Best Buy.
