Check out the glass steps that join the two buildings on the 2nd floor. You are briefly standing over nothing!
The location is very good, nearby Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. In general the Hotel is ok, but the reception staff is extremely rude and the Wi-Fi signal does not reach most of rooms.
Overall, hotel is nice, but room we had the AC didn't work& room was very hot & musty.
The rooms remind me if the Shinning.
Гостиница очень старая, но месторасположение идеально. Персонал очень дружелюбный, но в номерах не очень комфортно. Как говориться везде есть плюсы и минусы. Но бал достаточно занижен.

Chambre 108 un peu petite et mal insonorisée mais par contre un charme de situation et un personnel très gentil
Demasiado antiguo. Necesita un lavado de cara . Lo peor, los muelles de la cama ; se te clavan hasta en el alma.

One of my favorite museums, great collection of paintings. The que could be long but worth the wait. Go at the lunch time it will be less crowded - Sara
