It’s sad to see BAM decline so dramatically over the years. Walking past all the tchotchkes and junk to eventually find the book you are searching for represents a dismal customer experience.

You have to walk about halfway into this “music” store, past all of the tchotchkes, before seeing any music, which completely destroys the vibe. - James
