Must must must eat if you're in vail! Duck confit , trout , and quinoa in lettuce cups are the way to go. One of the tastiest meals I've had in a long time. Excellent service to boot!
The service exceptional & the ambience is warm & inviting. I recommend the arugula salad with maple vinaigrette , winter rolls, salted caramel ice cream , coconut soufflé & homemade eclairs .
Terra Bistro has happy hour everyday from 5-6 pm. Check their website for details www.terrabistrovail.com
Tried the Chopped Apple and Avocado Salad with Salted Agave and Pickled Red Onion . The onion was the highlight. Ours had one piece of avocado . And the agave was just decorative.
The chili/garlic edamame and the fried asparagus are amazing. Avoid the trout . And of course the hot toffee bread pudding is killer.
This is fine dining at its finest! Terro Bistro will never disappoint you. A very diverse menu, something for everyone.
Tartare is great! Quinoa lettuce cups are great! As for entree, yellow fin tuna and Amish filet are spectacular. Get yourself some red wine too.
Try the duck confit . It will blow you away!!! The trout is also prepared very well highlighting the delicacy of this light fish ! Enjoy
Arctic chat is fantastic with a side of kale and the 2006 Mersault. Great flavor combination.
You've got to treat yourself to dinner here. Seriously, yourself deserves it. :-)
A locals favorite, the food is truly exquisite. Reservations strongly recommended.
never more! on the recommendation of the waiter , we ordered gnocchi as a main dish and paid us 30 each dish of gnocchi just 26!

Great, semi affordable place for Vail. Don't miss their brunch. - Griffin Turnipseed
Good wine bar - light tapas, so don’t come too hungry. Excellent wine list (Orin swift and Dao were faves) & we did like the octopus tapa. - Bridget Gael
