Advice for anyone who don't like waiting or crowds. Come to restaurant on normal days rather than holidays. There are less people.

I guess it's okay for Thailand, but definitely not the kind of "steak " I'm used to. Has a very stringy and chewy texture. Flavorless as well . Too expensive .

Must try the most tender and moist pork steak . The slow cook method really work !!

No real difference in taste between 15 and 30 day aged. Steaks come on a hot plate, so not rested and continue to cook after brought to temperature by kitchen. Not well butchered , too much fat left.
