Great Customer service. Megan helped out a lot when a TV didn't get a channel. Never have been treated so well by customer service anywhere else. Highly recommend!
Waterpark hours are seasonal and during low times its only open on the weekends.check ahead if bringing kids. But they do leave the hot tub open!
Bring ear plugs if you want to get some sleep. Walls seem very thin.
