A convenient little spot to kill time if you find yourself with some in Hartford. Has wifi and a great lounge to relax or work.

Great lounge inside the Hartford Marriott. Prices are a little higher than other Starbucks locations though.

Love this place, even when there are events and there is a 2,000 + in a long line , these lovely ladies do there best to speed things up and get you in and out

I have been coming to this Starbucks frequently and earning my green level status . . . when I finally earned it, they tell they aren't a real Starbuck's and don't honor the Starbucks rewards program.

Full service Starbucks, not a "proudly brew Starbucks" which is great to find in a hotel lobby.

They do take payment via the mobile app now!

They can take the Starbucks card and scan the app barcode to pay but cannot redeem rewards.

They do take mobile ap. just used it.

No fresh fruit or fresh items like parfaits here. :(

Closes at 4, sometimes earlier if they feel like it.

Ridiculously long lines during events . Had to wait almost 1.5 hour yesterday. Having only one cashier doesn't help either.

no soy...sounded like they just don't use, buy that can't be right. ask before you wait in a long line .
