Great breakfast or brunch spot . Lots of choices / vegan as well . Delicious salmon bagel , Mexican taco omelette and eggs Benedict .

Great coffee from Flight, give the matcha waffles (pictured), Kim chi fried rice or the açai bowl a go, delish! Great spot for dog watching.
