Staff are friendly and there is a Lawson 's on the main floor. Rooms are cute but dated. Cheap , English speaking, clean = great value .

Old hotel , small room, but clean toilet and bath. The Lawson store in the lobby opens 24/7 and provides everything from food to travel kits. Very few restaurants outside in walkable distance.

They now have free wifi...so hold your breathe thru the public hallways, then switch off all room lights and get online. The less you see of the room, the better...it's only for 1 night

Just walk outside to the main road and there is a big 7 eleven about 2 or 3 minutes away just round the corner

Dinner and breakfast buffets are not that great. Lawson 's on lvl 1 has cheaper goods and especially beer !

Had to stay here because of flight cancelation . Not that bad - a little bit old, but still clean and had comfortable bed . There is a store downstairs if you need something.

9th floor rooms are good. Wifi (although free) sucks. Almost too slow to download simple websites and email photos. Good hotel for 1 night.

Nearby Narita airport . There is nothing around hotel . U can use free shuttle bus to go to down town Narita.

Exchange rates are a rip-off here, so get it changed at the airport prior to coming. Also doesn't help that they're ATMs only take Japan-issued cards.

Don't try the buffet . Expensive and bad. Sushi bar so expensive for the quality. Better the small store next to the lobby or sky lounge 11th floor

Отличный отель . Строгая 4! Тапочки, халаты (в принципе, это норма для любого японского отеля ). Шикарный завтрак , встречает робот. Шаттл прямо до аэропорта.

Bah il classico posto comodissimo se hai un aereo a orari improbabili. Comodo un lawson aperto nella hall e alcuni risto al suo interno frequentati da personaggi improbabili. da non venirci apposta.

空港 から徒歩では厳しい距離。無料送迎バス かタクシー が無難。冬は庭園 にイルミネーション有り。館内に24h営業のローソンがある。スタッフ の皆さんの対応素晴らしい。
