El Sawy Culturewheel is a grand cultural center laying on a 5,000 m2 area right under the 15th of May bridge on Zamalek island. Inaugurated in 2003, in its seven years of existence it became a hub and hangout for young Egyptians, foreign residents and visitors.

I was surprised how a small place like that is rich with culture and art ....I will visit it again definitely..
They've changed the membership system yet again! This combined with less than delightful staff attitudes, is reducing the appeal of the place year on year! I miss how great it was in its early years!
It definitely hosts all sorts of underground art whether it is music , cartoon, painting ...etc However, it is mostly crowded & sometimes the crowd is not very nice
