Fantastic variety of dishes fit for meat eaters , vegetarians and freaks (If you fancy pig 's brains) Joking aside the food is excellent and the mock up market surrounding makes it a unique experience.
Great fresh mango juice , crab wonton is excellent. bun cha is good but could do with a bit more bite, the chicken in the hoi an chicken rice was over cooked.

The food here is very good though. A perfectly prepared piece of foie gras goes for 10$ which is very reasonable. Good spring rolls too - Andre Mohr
