It's a Japanese chef but the cuisine is very nordic. You can see that in the presentation and taste it in the ingredients. I enjoyed almost every serving!
Fantastique! Everything was tasty on the Menu Dégustation at dinner . Very créative and gastronomique. The merlu fish dish and beef were my favorites, & the refreshing dessert of green strawberry
They should call NASA for an inspection as the food was from another dimension! Really a recommended if you’re looking to explore and enjoy a journey of discoveries!
Amazing lunch course . A steal at €55!
Nordic interior, exciting wine-pairing, and absolutely top notch food. Obviously a baffling omission that this place do not have any Michelin stars .
Seriously stunning food in a laid back vibe.
No nonsense cuisine, pure tastes, surprising combinations- must do !!!
Super! Great service and food.
Just opened so service is struggling. Food is excellent and very creative.
So Creative
Just wow !
Wow! Great service, amazing and creative food, absolutely art on a plate and there's formules available on Saturday lunch too. - Almog Tlumak
Amazing sushi with the best fish one can get. It’s a small, minimalistic setting (Jap style ????). The normal menu for 150 € leaves room for another bag of crisps ???? - Lisa Starbucks
Probably the best restaurant i have been in Paris. Executed perfectly. We went for lunch where the menu is a surprise. I love this concept.... Definitely recommended for fine dining - shlomit landmann
