One of the best 5 stars hotels ????, the room is large , close to malls and other active places , the staff is friendly and nice???? it won't be my last time for sure????.

Amazing rooms and view , great service.. the gym is okay.. A lot of restaurants are there. AlSeef and City center malls both are nearby.

Rooms are spacious , staff are great, staff at pool asked for name and signature , pool was small, its was gulf families oriented at pool.

One of the best 5 stars hotels comparing with it's price, the room is large , close to malls and other active places , the resturants inside the hotel closed after 12 am which is early a little bit.

Specious & modern rooms .. Good value for money , if you only book early .. Worst valet parking ever, park yourself if you wanna save time .. Well-equipped gym but not 24 hrs .. Some rooms are dirty !!

I’m disappointed for what I saw ! Bad service, at the midnight there is only one reception, uncomfortable place you heard the nightclub in the lobby. The parking had broken things.

One the worest Ramadan Tents I have ever visited.. Food was less than average, No entertainment, limited sweets selection. And most of the people I went they had a food poisoning and stomach ache

هوتيل مرتب ورايق جدا

الغرف جميلة ومريحة ووسيعة والأطلالة حلوة بما إن الأدوار عالية ، عيبه وجود ديسكو في الدور الأول ،، لكن بشكل عام مريح ويستاهل التجربة

الفندق كويس ومكانه قريب من اهم المولات، لكن بالنسبه لي يعيبه عدم وجده شطاف فالحمام تكرمون وبعد المناشف حقتهم ريحتها مخيسه

الفندق من اروع مايكون كخدمه وكغرف جد مريح وسعره مره مناسب وفيه بركة سباحه حلوه

للأسف تجربتي كانت مش 100%الاثاث والغرفه والنظافه ممتازه ولكن الواي فاي ماكان شغال في الغرفه احد مغاسل الماء كانت خربانه الدش كان مش ولابدازعاج في الصباح الباكراعتذرو مني ووعدوني بترقيه للمرة القادمه

الخدمة عادية جداً، اللوبي سيئ والاصنصيرات متهالكة،الشباب والبنات يطلعون من البار ويقعدون في اللوبي ويطلع المنظر سيئ،الغرفة نظيفة ومرتبة، بعض الغرف هي لغير المدخنين بس تشم الدخان،التقييم العام 5.0/10

مفارش السرير او مناشف الفندق سببت لي حكة واحمرار ب الجلد .. واضح ان النظافة عندهم جدا سيئة وهذي مشكلة الفندق اللي فيه ديسكو او بار ماعندهم اهتمام ب نظافة الاكل او المسلتزمات الضرورية بالغرفة ..????????

محبط ، الخدمة بطيئة ، درجة حرارة الغرفة باردة جدا و لا يوجد تكيف حار، لون الإضاءة ابيض مزعج، لا يوجد محول لا يوجد شطاف داخل الحمام ، و لايرقى بفنادق 5 نجوم أبدا ، تجربة لا تكرر أبدا!!

الفندق جميل ونظيف ومرتب ... لكن ازعااااج بالليل من صوت الموسيقى وصوت الشباب الساكنين .... لا يصلح للسكن نهاية الأسبوع خاصة بسبب قربه من مجمع السيف .... تجربة لن تتكرر. ????????????????????????

لايستحق تصنيف 5نجوم مكبّر الحمام على حساب الغرفة الأثاث عادي وبين عليه كثرة الاستعمال مع ان الفندق جديد بس نوعية الأثاث غير جيدة… ميزته موقعه القريب من الأسواق. انا الي ركبت شنطي في السيارة محد ساعدني
