I love taking BODY PUMP from Regina :) I also enjoy fitness dance . The staff at the front desk gives great service too.
Weekends are the best! You don't have to wait for any equipment.
I enjoy this place.
DO NOT JOIN this gym unless you are a fan of being charged additional monthly membership fees, enjoy poor customer service, waiting for a machine because they are always occupied.
Do not join this gym . Once you join, it is HELL to cancel. They lie about everything from the start up costs to join to their "24 hr" schedule! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.
