Don't ask the people that work here where to eat. They will just give you a list. The Rookery is where we ended up and it was delicious. It's downtown, but their are police everywhere. We felt safe.
The staff has improved tremendously from the comment in Dec 2012! The staff are friendly and give customer service of a hotel in which you would come to expect from the name "Marroitt" excellent!
This hotel needs to hire front desk staff that have experienced great customer service. Current FD staff make you feel as though you work for them. Second stay in here, probably the last.
