The drugstore is ok. Other than that I don't see why they don't try to freshen up this dingy place...
I guess the americans would call this a 'dirt mall '. Fairly unpleasant place, keep a tight grip on your valuables infront of the entrance, lots of shifty types from all over. Go to Oslo City instead.
