Burgers are awesome - tastier than gbk better value. Knocks the socks off the slug and lettuce food round the corner too..oh - friendly chap and chappess behind the baras well :)

I love this place! Nice small pub with great local atmosphere. The Guinness is great and they serve great pies .
Cosy (=small) bar , beer not unreasonable but couldn't hear promised cricket volume over the noise of people chatting about nothing at all. Shame really as the point of going was to hear the commentary

forget food, it's the best bar - friendly staff that reward regulars for their loyalty. beer no more than other city joints but free pizza and chicken that comes out periodically - Matt Webb
