Nice location. The shop is always busy but we've always been able to find a table and the restroom are clean .

The new Teavanas are not really worth it. If you want something refreshing get a Refresha (lemon or red fruits ). One of my favorite drinks on a hot summer day.

If the cafe mocha is too sweet for your taste just have more espresso shots in them. Triple shot or quad shot is totally ok for a venti-sized mocha .
