The room they gave me on my arrival hadn’t been cleaned.I was staying for 2 weeks, so I was lucky that they could find another one for me. Furniture old, rooms are dark. Staff is nice and helpful.

Kati

Wonderful location, just be aware that they advertise a local shuttle. Airport only shuttle. Keep in mind when booking .

Super nice people. Great breakfast an a fast shuttle to the airport

Dan Eaton

It is worth noting that parking costs $10 a night even if you have a room.

Front desk is awesome, I came here in tears because my flight was late and my original hotel was locked up. I got a room and can finally get some sleep! :)

Saeed AlZahrani

Nice hotel simple and many requirements close by.

Jason Hargis

8th floor suite (appears newly renovated) was nicer than anticipated.

Tim Barnard

This hotel isn't a express so don't expect that service from this location. They are in the middle of upgrading the hotel so it should get better. If you don't expect much you won't be disappointed.

This place is sketch! We went to our room to find the door propped open and the window opened all the way! Front desk acted like we were making a big deal out of nothing. Customer service fail!

Mark Townsend

Dated rooms - sheet metal screws in my bed (wtf?!) - room keys that fail easily. Be sure to just get a new pair each night.

Baily Wyant

I'm in room 232 and there is a great view of the hallways.. Haha

Rina Larida

Try to get a room on the 6th floor it's much nicer and renovated

Derrick Yu

Costs money to park in the lot, and the ticket machine was out of order. Not a great impression.

Jason Hargis

Parking was 'free' with a ($360/nite) suite...

Adam H

Standard holiday inn . A little dated

Sven Gossel

check your bathroom before using the room, some need urgent upgrades

John Kidde

Decent holiday inn .

Adam H

Ok hotel could use some room updates

Olena Plaskonis (Spirina)

Overpriced, reception should be more helpful

T Pearls

This place is quite nice and updated, we're pleased.

Ian Yates

Avoid room 232. The view is of a corridor and the heater sounds like a jet engine on take-off.

CucamongaFish

Don't stay here. It's a dump ! Stay at the Clarion across the street.
