Re-rack the weights after use. And please bring a towel to wipe your sweats off the benches .
Keep up the strides and you will burn more calories per minute on the elliptical verses the stair machine, stationary bike , or running on the treadmill .
Clean and quiet early weekdays. Get a pump a shower and head to work.
The womens's showers can be a tad bit nasty at times with clumps of hair but other than that it is pretty clean
The cardio and weight machines are usually free, however they need to keep the paper towel dispensers and bottles of cleaning solutions full. More often than not, the dispensers are empty.
I've tried to cancel multiple times...well unfortunate you can't cancel by phone and only the manager can cancel your membership who is never here...can't wait to go back to LA Fitness
Get a protein shake after your workout. Min of 30g keep your body moving.

The water fountain both upstairs and downstairs dispense luke warm water. The guy's locker room has cold water. Dunno about the ladies.
Check to see if the locker you're going to use locks and opens properly before you take a shower .

Most of the lockers out in the lobby are broken and has been for awhile. Guess they decided that a regular Sport isn't good enough for electronic lockers
