Nice place, Great sea and Pool view , services and restaurants was wonderful, but beach it is bad and Kids place need more care
Location,helpful staff and spacious room are the positives but although it's a new hotel it needs alot of maintaince (electricity,water flow) i ve alot of electronics damage as mobile chargers.
Luxury hotels , free WiFi at lobby , swimming pool spa and they are not allowed to carry foods from outside hotel .
Friendly staff , amazing view , great breakfast buffet with multiple choices even for diet.
it's average, doesn't deserve 5 stars though, wifi lags a lot and the last couple of days the shut down their wifi for 'maintenance', the breakfast buffet is terrible and their service is not the best
GREAT! Actually the place is amazing, however you'll have to pay like 25 LE for one single Pepsi can. That's it.

مفيش واي فاي في الغرف ، خدمة تنظيف الغرف مش اوي، و متحجزوش في حفلات يوم الخميس دا بيبقى عبارة عن كبارية مش أكتر .. بالنسبة للمطعم الإيطالي فدا كارثة من كوارث الزمن... بس في المجمل هو كويس، يعني نديه ٦

اللوبي يشرح القلب .. الصدمة في الكائن اللي بيحط البلاي ليست للساوند سيستم .. النهاردة سمعوني صفاء ابو السعود !

اسوء فندق نزلت فيه ، تابعة لي للجيش و يتم اخضع ايش شخص في الدخول و الخروج للتحقيق و اضطريت اني اكنسل حجزي بعد يومين و انتقلت الفورسيزون ????
