Nice and clean . No surprises. Behind the toilet , tub everything; nice and clean . No musty smell in the room, and no mildew; the carpet felt great. I'm pretty picky!

Staff are SUPER. We stayed after labor day. Not crowded . Room is nice. Smoke free! Water view with waves crashing made our vacation.

This place is great! Shuttle bus to the casino , great view , great staff and 24hr cafe ! Definitely coming back next time.

Make sure to ask for a higher floor. Even the side rooms had a great view of the ocean. But you must stay higher than the 3rd floor

2nd year staying here for Bike Week. Great location. Close to everything. Plenty of parking .

The perfect spot on the boardwalk, super close to everything, friendly staff . LOVE it here. Will def stay again next time.

Amazing amenities . Bad customer service. Might return. Book spa treatments well in advance. 24/7 coffee shop ! Sauna in pool bathrooms .

Great Hotel .... Unless you need Internet (wifi ) in your room. They have a phone port in every room but...... phone?? Ewww

Check on early and turn on your heater two hours before you actually stay. Heater takes forever to kick in!!! (in the winter time of course!!!)

I didn't have trouble finding wifi . The signal was stronger at the entrance door end of the room.

Not happy with their epic bar and grill poor customer service seemed to be interrupting the bartender when ordering drink.
