You will surprise by looking from the outside and when you walk in to inside the Hotel . Whooaaa amazing and the staff were the best really friendly even we're not staying there only visit some friend.

Much more relaxing than the Venetian next door! I ate outside at the Windows restaurant - very pleasant, good shrimp noodle dish , and they offered me wifi with the meal. Very happy!

Great place to stay! One if the best in Macau! The person that was giving out bad service don't seem to work here anymore...good for them for catching that!

The rooms are comparable to other 5 star hotels but the service clearly separates this hotel from the rest as the staff are very attentive for details. The hotel is also less busy due to higher price

Hotel shuttle to Taipa ferry terminal starts from 11AM. Those who want not to take a taxi can take a shuttle from Venetian hotel . Check the morning time table.

The Macau four seasons is more of an extension of the Venetian , not as good as you might expect

Great service and tranquil surroundings but their standard rooms are small for Macau.

Food poised on the first day on the lunch buffet ,can happen in every hotel . But next to that Worst service ever experienced in a four seasons hotel . Unfortunately far away from the usual standard.

For a quick lunch , go to Espressamente in the Shops. Good coffee and sandwiches .

Service wise, this Four Seasons has perhaps the worst service out of all the Four Seasons I've stayed at. The Wynn or Grand Hyatt is a much better stay for this price. Even the Venetian is better.

Grand Orbit's breakfast is much better than Club Lounge's. 조식은 클럽라운지에서 먹는거보다는 1층 그랜드오르빗에서 먹는게 나아요. 시끌벅적하긴하지만, 종류가 훨씬 많거든요.
