We are addicted to Steak-N-Shake! Great food and shakes !
They're always extremely busy during lunch and dinner hours. Service can get pretty slow during that time. I've never had any problems besides that, though.
Steak burgers are great and shakes are amazing.
Contrary to the previous tips, we were seated immediately and our waitress was extremely nice. The place wasn't exactly empty, either.

took 10 mins to seat 6 ppl and the place is completely empty! Another 10 to get a waitress to serve us! And she was very very very rude about what we wanted to eat when we asked her questions.
Terrible service is an understatement! Only twice in my have I left zero and today was 1 of em. Took 10 min. To seat everyone that walked in the door. 25 min for a choc . shake . Rude waitress .
