We liked that it was a few miles from Old Town and that the beach wasn’t as busy as other areas. The pools are a great break from the hustle on the beach . Decent health club and executive lounge .

Great Hotel , some expensive but the place is excellent. The pool is really good, the food. Hotels people are really kind, specially the waitresses , most of all is Eudel, well others are good too. ????????

Excellent hotel service. Clean and fairly modernized. The people that work there are top notch and it has a very good breakfast buffet . About a 15-20 minute ride to the old town .

The hotel itself it's really nice alongside with the service. But the beach is full of peddlers which interfere with peddlers which interfere with your and your family's tranquility.

Beach access with black silky sand and a rockless bottom. Two large pools with bars close by. Kids can enjoy a play room with access to a ping pong table and more.

Don't worry if you aren't a guest. For $25 you can use all the facilities including the pools and beach & they give you 10% off food and beverage and 15% off spa treatments . Buy at activities office .

We walked right past security to the outdoor bar and enjoyed a good mojito and a coco loco while watching the sunset . The beach is still dirty , unfortunately.

Excelent pool and comfortable beds . However, reception people didnt trust our booking and asked us for several confirmations, beside trying to charge us 3x more. Rooms were ok, with poor care.

Ubicación y atención de primera. Verdaderamente remodelado. Es costoso pero vale lo que cuesta. Cerca hay una farmacia un abasto y una licoreria donde te puedes surtir de lo que necesites.

Muito bom o ambiente e principalmente o café da manha. O único inconveniente e a internet que de graça so por duas horas e somente no loby , se quiser net, $2 dólares/dia. Deveria ser gratuita.

La extensión es bueno, el hotel con todo lo necesario, varias piscinas amplias y tobogán , los niños de maravilla. Lo malo es que el hotel ya es antiguo, las instalaciones se notan desgastadas.

Em EL Laguito, tem praia privativa, quatro piscinas (uma infantil), quadras de tênis , clube infantil e um ótimo spa , com tratamentos à base de vinoterapia ou chocolaterapia.

Instalaciones impecables, al lado de la playa , actividades para los niños y sobretodo la ubicación es muy buena.

Situado en uno de los sectores mas movidos de Cartagena, con restaurantes cercanos conocidos, su comida es muy buena, hay mucho por hacer si te hospedas aca.

Excelente! Funcionários atenciosos e gentis. A comida é sensacional, recomendo o Crepe com Frutos do Mar !!

Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas, faltan detalles muy importantes... servicio de piscina , bar con muebles nuevos, etc. Destacó la actitud del personal y la limpieza.
