The menu is eclectic and heavily seasonal. Themes of wine are chosen for a season, and then an eclectic menu that is modern french influenced is built around it. Get a glass with every course.

Single best meal we had in Quebec City ! Excellent service , phenomenal food, and the wine pairing with each course is a must order. I will dream about this meal.

Bon service mais cuisine trop ambitieuse pour ce que l ’on a dans l ’assiette . Purée robuchon réchauffer et tranchée dans l ’assiette . Très bon vin nature malgré les explications hâtives!
