The beach is public and wonderful. The water is shallow so it's wonderful for families with little children.

2nd best beach to Arashi. Great snorkeling. Although it's small, it is hardly ever crowded. Don't waste money paying for snorkeling tour, grab your gear and drive up here for your own fun. - Johnika D
