This queensbay branch sucks. Most of the employees here never smile. Food sucks. Not fresh. Slow. My order stuck at kitchen for 30 minutes. Portion is smaller too! The sushi shrunk!

The cashier is a slow worker....it takes forever to pay. Almost 30 people in line to pay, it took us 30 minutes to pay a bill.
