Staff are helpful and friendly . Great location. Close to food, shops, train stations and the British Museum . Only issue is the bathroom floor that gets wet when you shower .

Stayed here a few times , always pleasant. Room and staff are fantastic, breakfast sets you up for the day. Definitely worth a visit.

Nice hotel just look out for the extra 12.5% they add to every drink without telling you about it and it is actually a voluntary tip you don't have to pay

I stay here whenever I am in London for work. Good balance of price and location. The vanilla ice cream of hotels ; except, avoid the food.

Don't accept a room on the 1st floor facing the busy street. 106 was a concert of busses, sirens and loud road traffic right through the night!

Came here as a BPP venue for some tutorials and the snacks were second to none compared to the usual fare.

The food was really bad!!

Been in hotel twice. Both times the shower didn't work properly. Water icecold. No excuses at the frontdesk and they didn't want to give me a discount . Very bad customer experience.
