The lamb at L'Alsace was so amazing, we had it twice during our week there! Hands down, best RM resort I've stayed at. Can't wait to go back. Our honeymoon was magical.

Agreed that portions are on the smallish side, at least compared to what American restaurants serve. I made up for that by getting a soup , salad , entree, and dessert with each meal. It's all included,

The staff can't do enough for you! Your own concierge kicks butt.

Wifi in room can be a bit wonky. Room service is spotty (forgot mints one day and forgot throwing out the trash another). Food is best in L'Alsace. Ginger has terrible service. Go beach early.

El trato del personal es excelente, las instalaciones inmejorables la comida deliciosa, los restaurantes todos espectaculares. ..definitivamente, de ahi soy ...

Lo mejor es que no hay q hacer reservación para ninguno de los restaurantes de especialidades y no te ponen brazalete. Exclusividad. El 98% del staff es súper amable, algunos barman aún malinchistas.

Excelente Hotel !!.. Podría venir por una tercera ocacion.., su agradable ambiente , tranquilidad , vegetación, restaurantes .. y comodidad lo hace un muy buena opción para celebrar algo en especial!!. :)

La atención, la comida, los drinks, la alberca, la habitación , todo está de 10. El wifi es gratis en tooooodo el hotel . Sin duda, uno de los mejores.

Volvería mil veces, inmejorable. Servicio, instalaciones, calidad de alimentos y bebidas, actividades, en general una experiencia excelente. Muy recomendable.
