Nice hotel with big swimming pool , great breakfast and friendly staff . And the views are amazing!!!

the view from the terrace on the medina is marvelous! the hotel itself is pompous with low standards at all levels. the service is poor. they won't call you a cab for your way back... lousy!

What a joke of a hotel ! The most horrible service I have ever experienced! Not even the view is worth it. They made us walk at night to find our own taxi in the most dangerous part of Fez!

Come here for the best possible view . Lunch isn't even that expencive.

The receptionist was simply rude. The praise themselves being a 5 star hotel . Service-wise they barely reach a 2! They should visit the Sofitel to learn about hospitality ...

Service is quite slow.. Club sandwich doesn't meet the standards of a 5-star hotel . Swimming costs 150mad. Just come for the view and a drink or two.

Great view but dangerous neighborood. Completely crap service. Don't recommend at all. The palais jamai next door is much more helpful. One of the worst bar and restaurant experience in Fez.

This is the worst 5 star hotel I have ever been to. The food is terrible, the service is terrible and the rooms are awful! The only decent thing is the view .
