Favourite ayam penyet go to. The ayam Penyet Sambal Manis is the bomb diggity for non-spicy food eaters.. Also a very friendly owner who stays to man the shop at night. People address her as Babu ????
Take away two 'ayam penyet '. One spicy 'sambal ' and one normal 'sambal '. Rice well cooked today. Keep it up!
Best eaten when hot but don't take my word for it.. Rated 3.8*/5* in my books for indonesian food/ayam penyet. Currently top 5 in my near home resto list.
Oh and also. Despite the size of the chicken , it tastes SO GOOD. The size is just nice. Probably the best penyet I will ever taste in Brunei!
