It's a Starbucks, they are the same, every location, from San Francisco to Paris! Staff here are very fast and Friendly and they are always very busy.

If cruising is what your looking for this is a sure fire way to get it done. Even though some of the management (Like to fall into clicks and then judge people.) But the Hotties make up for it!!

Great service, and a lot more than bears to choose fun. Great place to experience the Castro on a gorgeous SF afternoon.

It is reopened, and the layout is completely different. More room for the employees is good, but seating us more limited and seems designed to discourage sitting for hours. Bathroom moved up front.

I LOVE Starbucks. This is the WORST Starbucks I've ever been to! I work a block away so I've given it a lot of chances. They get my drink wrong 90% of the time! Awful! Staff isn't the friendliest.

They need to rename this place Worn & Frayed.... Believe me. Go to Spike's on 19th St. instead for abit more class .
