Call me a little-knowing tourist but for me it was an experience! Order from a vending machine, customise it on a form, sit in a single person booth , only see your server's hands: all in good English!
There are hundreds of ramen places in Fukuoka and many Ichiran outlets. But I have to say this is the gold standard - super delicious and lives up to its reputation.

I second Nate ... Umm best ramen I've had so far.
I'm not sure what the fuss o this place is all about. Pretty mediocre ramen served in a bowl that is deceptively sized (chopsticks will hit the bottom before you realize). Overpriced & overrated.
