Most crap can be found cheaper online, but they are great for odds and ends or specialty crap you can't wait for. Lots of great, cheap white box products.

Microcenter employs legit nerds - if they can't help, you can't be helped!

They have a really good extended warranty for iPods.

Order from Monoprice or Amazon . Both have better prices without the poor service and hassles of microcenter.
