Not crowded except after work
Operating hours is 5:30 am till 11:00 pm .. Ask for coach Aan, if you need anything. Gyms specially in hotels must be open 24 hours a day. - Nm
Locker always are broken in ladys changing room, shower area always smels. Definately its not the best gym in Dubai - Arina Timashkova
Gym in Tower 1 isn’t very big, but good for a quick workout. And close to the outdoor pool. - Vincent Fav
