Friendly staff and good service . Sucks they only have drink specials during football season. Very lame. Also weird with the new iPad-esque ordering menu they use.

This is what the sink in the bathroom looks like. I will NEVER have drinks or eat here. This is where employees & patrons wash their hands. The bar is also nasty. Can you imagine the kitchen?!

usually service at lunch is mediocre, but erica was fantastic! attentive, kept me updated on my food's process, friendly , etc. try and sit in her section!

Awesome Happy Hour but the bar staff is so slow and gets the orders wrong. Check your bill and keep these girls on task.

Nothing. Service sucked. I asked for a coke they brought me a Pepsi with no warning. The waitress was rude andtook more than 30 minutes to bring the food. The food itself was bland and cold

Out of the 3 Applesbees in my area, I prefer this one the most.

The service here fckin sucks arse. To many young servers with no proper guidance/supervision. Waited six mins before anyone took my drink order for two ppl. Fckery.

No hostess to greet us until 5 minutes later.....no waitress to ask us our drink order until 10 minutes later.....tsk tsk tsk.

Waited nearly an hour for food. Not worth it, bacon on the burgers was raw...all 4 of them. Would have complained, but we had a game to get to.

Worst service I ever got at a bar and grill, worst service at Applebee's, period. Take a train and a trip to the one by WTC for decent service.

Service is horrible took basically an hour just to get our food and twenty minutes just to get something to drink the waitress was horrible had a bad attitude and got my order wrong.

Im watching 6 employees dance and no ones taking my order. sad what customer service has become.

This experience was a waste of time and money. From the appalling service to the poorly prepared "food" this was an unforgivable exercise in bad dining!
